Mini-Circuits Releases New Broadband Coaxial Power Splitters up to 6 GHz

February 7, 2012 — Two new coaxial power splitters from Mini-Circuits epitomize low-loss, high-isolation performance, tailored to meet different customer needs. The ZN6PD-63W+ is a 50Ω, 6 way-0° model covering 1.8 to 6.0 GHz, ideal for a wide range of applications from high-band PCS to WiMAX, U-NII, and other WLANs, with a typical insertion loss of 1.0 dB, isolation of 20 dB, and up to 10W signal power at the sum port.

For 75Ω systems such as satellite, GPS, or CATV, the ZB4PD-222-75+ is a 4 way-0° splitter/combiner for 950 to 2250 MHz signals. Available with either BNC or F-type connectors, it features typical insertion loss of 0.9 dB, isolation of 25 dB, and maximum RF power of 10W, with DC pass-through (0.5A max) from the sum port to all output ports.

We’re also proud to announce the release of a new Top Hat™ surface-mount transformer, the TC4-11X+. This 50Ω step-down autotransformer offers excellent performance over a more than 9-octave frequency range, from 2 to 1100 MHz! It also features DC pass-through up to 30 mA, and solder-plated terminations with a nickel barrier, for excellent solderability and leach resistance.
