New Coaxial Amplifiers Deliver Ultra High IP3 Performance with Low DC Power Consumption

February 27, 2012 — Mini-Circuits new ZX60-Hxxx amplifiers provide a 15 dB gain with a P1dB of 23 dBm and an outstanding IP3 of 46 dBm, while drawing only 145 mA at 5.5 V! Frequency ranges of 500-1200 and 700-2400 MHz make them ideal for LTE, PCS, and test equipment applications, or wherever a high dynamic range driver or buffer amplifier is required.

New surface-mount components released this week include the SDP-2R14+ diplexer, with passbands at DC-800 MHz and 1.5-2.15 GHz—just right for a wide range of 50Ω systems including satcom, P2P, multiband radios, navigation, and vehicle tracking. And two more Top Hat™ models will soon be helping our customers achieve faster, more accurate pick and place throughput for high-performance applications: the TC4-6TX+ unbalanced-to-balanced center tap transformer (1.5-600 MHz, 50Ω), and the low-loss TCD-9-1W-75X+ directional coupler (5-2000 MHz, 75Ω).
