New Couplers and Splitters Join Mini-Circuits Lineup for CATV, VSAT, UHF, LMDS and More!

March 12, 2012 — Mini-Circuits has added three more Top Hat™ surface-mount directional couplers for 75Ω CATV and wire-line broadband systems to its industry-leading lineup of RF, IF and microwave components. Our new DBTC-xxx-75LX+ models offer very flat coupling of 12, 16 or 18 dB across 8-octave bandwidths, rugged all-welded construction, our exclusive Top Hat for faster pick-and-place throughput, and cases with leads for even better solderability!

We're also pleased to announce that our ZAPD-2-272-S+ coaxial 2-way-0° power splitter is now available for 50Ω applications using SMA connectors. It features extremely low insertion loss (0.4 dB typ) across a wide bandwidth (800-2700 MHz), and fills several existing customer needs for LMDS, VSAT, and UHF applications, as well as GPS systems and cellular networks!
