Packaged in a tiny, low-profile case measuring only 5 x 5 x 1 mm, these groundbreaking new amplifiers include a serial-controlled attenuator using proprietary CMOS-on-silicon technology for low power consumption, low noise, and high speed, together with a broadband GaAs amplifier delivering up to 30 dB gain, an IP3 as high as 37 dBm, POUT of 23 dBm, and a noise figure as low as 2.5 dB!
