July 23, 2012 — We’ve had so many requests for samples and “demo units” of our Portable Test Equipment (PTE), we had to find another way to get them in everyone’s hands—as quickly and fairly as possible.

To that end, we’re proud to announce a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for all of our PTE products: Synthesized Signal Generators, Power Sensors, I/O Boxes, Frequency Counters, and Switch Matrices.

It’s a straightforward proposition: purchase any of our PTE catalog models, treat them with care on your test bench, and try them out! If not satisfied, you’ll have 30 days from delivery to call for an RMA number, pack your PTE back in the original shipping container with your RMA receipt, and get it all back to us for review.

If it passes our inspection for damage, tampering, misuse, etc, and has not been used by anyone other than the purchaser, we will refund the purchase price, in a timely manner in accordance with our RMA procedure.
