Mini-Circuits Launches New Power Splitters and a Top Hat™ Transformer

September 13, 2011 — Mini-Circuits added three new models to the industry’s broadest lineup of RF/IF & Microwave components during the week ending September 9, 2011.

Our new ultra wideband ZX10-2-183+ is a 2-way, 0° power splitter with a frequency range reaching from 1500 MHz all the way up to 18 GHz. It features low insertion loss (0.8 dB typ) and maximum RF input power of 5W (as a splitter), and is housed in a rugged, shielded case with SMA connectors.

The ZB4PD-6.4A+ is a 4-way, 0° degree power splitter for up to 10W input power (as a splitter) at 5.4-6.8 GHz, with good isolation (25 dB typ). The tough, aluminum alloy case is fitted with 50Ω N-type connectors.

Mini-Circuits new wideband surface-mount transformer, the TCM4-1WX+, is now available for 4:1 impedance transformations of 3-800 MHz signals. It offers good return loss, 15 dB typ, across its 8+-octave frequency range, and features our exclusive Top Hat for faster and easier pick-and-place throughput.
