Mini-Circuits Receives Significant Awards in 2010

• MINI-CIRCUITS RECEIVES ROCKWELL COLLINS 2010 PRESIDENT'S AWARD - TOP SUPPLIER

  CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (April 15, 2010) - Mini-Circuits, headquartered in Brooklyn, N.Y., was recognized by Rockwell Collins as its top supplier for 2010 when it was presented with the President's Award by Jeff Moore, senior vice president of Operations, during the company's Annual Supplier Conference.

  For 27 years, the Rockwell Collins President's Award has served as an acknowledgement of significant contributions made over the past year based upon quality, delivery, total cost of ownership, lead time and customer service. Additional criterion for the award includes responsiveness, commitment to technology development and innovation, and whether the supplier meets Rockwell Collins' Lean objectives.

  "In today's challenging economic environment, superior supply chain management is more important than ever", said Roger Weiss, vice president of Material and Supply for Rockwell Collins. "Mini-Circuits has embraced the team concept of supply chain management and this award is a testament to their commitment."

  Mini-Circuits also was named the Crystal Products Commodity Supplier of the Year.

• MINI-CIRCUITS RECEIVES RAYTHEON 2010 IDS 4-STAR SUPPLIER AWARD

  On Tuesday, March 2, 2010, Mini-Circuits was awarded the prestigious Raytheon IDS 2009 4-Star Award for Supplier Excellence in a ceremony held at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.

  This award is presented to suppliers who have demonstrated >97% ratings in Quality and Delivery for the 12 month period. There were approximately 30 recipients among the thousands of Raytheon suppliers and contractors.

  The Raytheon IDS (Integrated Defense Systems) group is a major contributor to the nation's military preparedness and a key provider of the Patriot Missiles, among other projects. 'Mission Assurance' is their mantra and reflects their commitment to working with their suppliers to protect our country and provide needed support to our war-fighters around the globe.
