Mini-Circuits RF/microwave bias-tees and diplexers provide extremely wideband performance with high isolation. All of our bias tees boast low insertion loss and VSWR. Our patented TCBT-series LTCC ceramic designs are the smallest in the world, ideal for designs where low cost, space limitation, and temperature stability are critical with performance as wide as 10 MHz to 10 GHz. Our ultra-wideband coaxial ZX85 bias-tees use our patented unibody construction to provide small size and high repeatability with performance as wideband as 0.2 to 12,000 MHz.
