Mini-Circuits phase detectors are available in both broadband and optimized band models offering a combination of high DC output versus phase and low DC offset, making these phase detectors ideal for sensitive detection systems where DC offset is critical. Mini-Circuits high efficiency phase detectors are the only units in the world offering a figure-of-merit* greater than 125. The maximum DC output of these units is 1000 mV with +7 dBm applied to the LO and RF ports – a figure-of-merit M = 143, which indicates an extremely high efficiency. Designer kits are available to aid engineers during design, evaluation, and prototype stages.
