      get8TermModel    Constructs 8-term model based on measured and listed SOLT
                       S-parmeters.
              get8TermModel(G1,Gm1,G2,Gm2,T,Tm)
              Gm1 and Gm2 [3,num_pts] are the measured values of the standards used
                      at port 1 and 2 respectively
              G1 and G2 [3,num_pts] are the listed values for the standards used
                     at port 1 and 2 respectively
              T: [2,2,num_pts] an array of the listed Thru S-parameters
              Tm: [2,2,num_pts] an array of the measured Thru S-paramters
          output:
             A,B: [2,2,num_pts] normalized error adapter [-delta_e e00
                                                            e11     1 ]
                   at ports 1 and 2 respectively
