For the purposes of protecting human rights, safe working conditions, promoting fair employment practices, responsible management of environmental, safety, and health issues and high ethical standards of business, Mini-Circuits has established the Mini-Circuits' Code of Conduct as a guideline for our company, our suppliers and subcontractors. This Code of Conduct is based upon and supports the United Nations Global Compact initiative and is available upon request. Therefore, Mini-Circuits strongly discourages the procurement of any conflict metals from the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.
