Mini-Circuits Seeks Veteran Talent at Service Academy Career Conference

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Mini-Circuits, a global leader in radio frequency (RF) and microwave components and integrated assemblies for commercial, industrial and military applications, will be attending the Service Academy Career Conference (SACC) August 8th – 9th, 2019 in San Diego.

SACC is the only career fair designed exclusively for graduates of the five U.S. service academies and is an integral part of Mini-Circuits' recruitment efforts, in which attracting veteran candidates is a key focus.

"We take great pride in the talented individuals on our team who have served in uniform," said Ted Heil, President of Mini-Circuits. "The principles of service, integrity, respect and leadership instilled in the military are principles we share in our company culture. We look forward to meeting some of the great talent at this year's SACC and promoting the rewarding opportunities a career with Mini-Circuits offers."

As Mini-Circuits continues on its trajectory of growth by innovating new solutions to push the wireless world forward, the company actively seeks U.S. military veterans and academy graduates to take on key roles in building the future of the organization.

SACC allows candidates to interface with a large number of companies and universities. Companies and universities are encouraged to have in-depth conversations with the candidates to evaluate their skill sets. Semi-private "interview" tables are provided at each venue. By registering in advance, the candidate has the opportunity to have his resume reviewed by the companies prior to SACC and the companies are encouraged to reach out to the candidates and invite them to their booths. It is a win-win for all involved!
