Closeup on MMIC Low Noise Amplifier with Shutdown Feature Covering 10 to 2000 MHz (TSS-23ULN+)
May 01, 2026 | Videos
In this video, Mini-Circuits Technical Marketing Engineer, Chris DeMartino explains the key features and functions of the TSS-23ULN+ pHEMT-based MMIC low noise amplifier. Housed in a tiny 2x2 mm QFN-style package, this model supports applications from 10 to 2000 MHz with 0.4 dB typical noise figure, 20 dB gain and +37 dBm OIP3. A voltage-controlled fast shutdown feature allows the amplifier to be switched off to conserve power consumption when not in use.
Simulated Signals for Wi-Fi RF Channel Test
